Placing an order
To order from Ter steege you need a business account.
We only supply to organisations that have an interface with the green sector or the Souvenir sector, such as garden centres, horticulturists, florists or retailers.

Do you have an account?
Log in to your account and add the products to your shopping cart.
You do this by going to the product of your choice and selecting the amount you want to order. Then click on the orange shopping cart button.
A pop-up will appear with the message that the product has been placed in your shopping cart. From the pop-up you can go directly to 'view shopping cart' or 'continue shopping'.
Have you finished your order? Then click on 'view shopping cart' to see if you have the right items in your shopping cart and adjust your order when necessary.
Is everything correct? Click on the orange button 'to order' and you will be redirected to the checkout page , here you can choose the correct payment.Check the order for the last time and click on the orange button under the subtotal of your order.
Your order will now be definitively passed on to us and will be processed.
Payment and delivery
After placing the order, you will receive an invoice from us. As soon as it has been paid, we will deliver the products as soon as possible to the agreed delivery address.
Payment is generally done by iDeal, through your own secure payment environment. But it can also be paid in advance through your own bank.
Delivery in the Netherlands usually takes 3 to 4 working days. If the order has to be delivered abroad, this will be developped in consultation with you.
In the unlikely event that something went wrong during delivery or you have received the wrong items, please contact us.
We will then work with you to find the best suitable solution.
